| A pole party is a "girl's night out" in the comfort of your home where you will learn 8-10 moves on a Dancer Pole. Ameena brings the pole, music, and props to ensure that your inner exotic dancer comes out to play. |

| Ameena puts together yoga postures and movements into an exotic dance class, involving floor moves, chair moves and dance movement. These workshops and/or classes are at your home or location to be announced, and can be done individually or in a group.

 You will develop grace, beauty, and strength, as well as coordination, and acceptance of yourself as you learn to move your body with confidence through pole dancing, and artistic exotic movement combined with yoga postures.
